Eh it's not so weird. They don't usually go out of their way to get stuff for damage and if they do (because they're making promo vids with actually good damage nowadays) they do it through potential stuff, not attack stuff.

I personally think they're just going to revamp all exclusive content for chaos standards, evidenced by SEA getting CWK exped.

In the pvp promo picture by nexon, there's a dual blade with specs and the luckiest lucky guy medal,along with NX hair and a full NX set.
I'm sure that in nexons private testing server, GMs can just /create item no xxxxxx, a la private servers
