Guess I was wrong. What bothers me more is that now there are just two possibilities:

1. They are having serious issues with their staff or other things there

or

2. They actually started not caring at all

The second option is that which the most people would choose, and.. I, too, am starting to think it MIGHT be the right one..

There's also a slight possiblity they have lost a lot of money in the Q2, because of, who knows, unpredicted high expenses they had to incur? Stuff like that happens to big companies, and if you add to that the several people quitting of frustration, they might have not been able to make up for the loss. I just want to hope it's not actual carelessness.
