S2 are just idiots all around, they ban a lot of livestreaming and tournament casting cause of ghosters(people watching the stream and cheating with it, for example ward placement), they give up so much free advertisement.
Honcast is the only people allowed to cast live-tournaments and they add a 5-minute delay to the stream, so lame.

Riot casts live-tournaments as well and they have a 4-7min delay. It makes sense in a technical standpoint due to "Outside Coaching".
