Fatigue doesn't reset, personality traits do. Personally verified by me.
And boy am I glad I haven't stressed about getting into ht before it glitches recently. I'd be pulling my hair out.
HOWEVER! LF> EXTENSION ON CS ITEMS! I'm losing so much time on my mushy.
