Rolling Spin hits more times = higher chance of criticals, Rolling Spin is the best DPS.

For the record, Overswing + Final Blow is stronger than Final Toss when Overswing is maxed and Final Blow is 20~25, depending on how much combo you have. Final Toss is always stronger on more than one monster. The difference is around 60%/s.

Finishers never add DPS unless you know your combo will expire soon anyways (i.e. you need to recast Drain, use a finisher and build up 30 Combo) or you can use Combo Recharge to refill it after using the finisher.
