That wouldn't really make sense, given the time, the damage they're dealing and the fact that in GMST, a group of 7 of us could have taken Cygnus' HP down to zero long before the timer reached 10 minutes doing 20k damage per hit MAXIMUM if it were truely glitched.
I am also awaiting a video for full legitimate confirmation, but I'm not expecting one any time soon.
