It's not really special. It's just a 'completed character' as MetaSeraphim said, obviously you can still play on it and boss/quest.
When i hit 200 not much changed to be honest, i just stopped losing exp upon dying and i had a cool mount.
But it is a nice feeling of accomplishment i suppose.
