Maple TV

Move Gaga, Cassandra and all that jazz to a event-map similar to the FM. Removes the asinine clutter from all the towns, gives you a central place that FOR SURE has them [I'm looking at you pre-BB singapore, NLC]. Maple TVs are pointless because of avatar SMegas, remove them or give users an option to disable it.
Maybe have an NPC in said idea-map that DETAILS EACH NEW EVENT so I can stop repeating myself to the people who refuse to goddamn read.

As you can see, there's only a few NPC in there now, Naomi was there as well and I think adding the NPCs you mentioned you will not be a problem.
Not sure if GMS got this already but this is MSEA.
