Be Glad to Working with new members of a squad always is bumpy the first run or two. Takes time to break in the new people. Anyone who has been on MANY runs that require Teamwork would surely know this.

Also I know what teamwork and coordination is, thanks to far superior MMOs, and I guarantee you, GMS lacks coordination and teamwork. Instead, we just bang our heads against a wall / bruteforce it until it dies.
