I was able to play Leona in a Co-Op vs AI just now.
IMO, very solid tank, though like any tanks I played before, gotta watch how much mana you use. Her shield makes her extremely tanky while its on.
Though her ultimate has a limited radius, and is only good for CCing the enemy team (the 85% slow is insane, I must say), not for burst damage. Best way to use it is to wait until you're heavily focused (hopefully, still able to use your abilities) before dropping it; you want to CC as many enemies as you can.
