I am finally done the internet soft-ban, will be grinding ip all night.
Will be available for ~12 hrs starting in 20 min.
Im pretty exited.
Edit: To whoever asked, the soft ban was because our internet service plan only has a set amount of gigabytes per month (95), and they were used up early. New months start on the 13th for this plan.
I own 47 champions, and I like to think I'm half decent with 25 +/-5 of them...
But I don't have runes for about 35

Having a multitude of champions doesn't help you when you're only halfway decent with 1 or 2 and just flat out suck with the rest.
