as far as duo laning with him, if you are with an ad carry, try to get a philo stone as quickly as you can and then just let the other person farm the lane. If they suck at last hitting, go ahead and farm, but pretty much you just want harass the enemy and prevent them from farming well. I feel like i had more to say, but im drawing blanks now. maybe if you gave so more info about what you are doing currently that would help

Thanks guys, great advice! I will try to jungle. Now that leads me to the next question: which runes do I get? Do I get the typical "Jungle" runeset and offense-heavy masteries?
Here's what I got so far: Quints: 3 Desolations (Armor Pens), Marks: 9 Desolation (Armor Pens), Glyphs: 9 Alacrity (Atk Speed), and no Seals yet (still saving IP for them).
