Personality System Data Collection [WiP]

For diligence, it says crafting oil/potion gives +10 and +50 respectively. When I read that, I thought it was only for herbalists/alcehmists then, but when I create plates and stuff, I do get the +10 still. So now I'm under the impression that creating oils/plates is +10 and crafting stuff is +50. If that's the case, can you make it clearer since it seems only herbalists/alchemists could level diligence easily.

I don't remember if there was dilligence involved with making plates / jewels, but I do know that all of the rings I've made thus far give only 40 dilligence.
