Personality System Data Collection [WiP]

It's how much exp you lose upon death. If it's at 10%, then when you die you'll lose 10% of a level. If it's at 8.8%, when you die you'll only lose 8.8% of the exp required to level. That's a difference of 1.2%, which for me at 191 is 8.3m exp. May not seem like much but it racks up.

which is only fair, because before if you weren't a thief, you were gonna lose 10% exp.
