Is there a failure rate in making accessories?
-Is there % chance of break on failure?
-If I want to craft an equip way lower than the reccommended profession level, is there a set % fail rate that changes on level difference, or is it "you're going to fail at this rate till you get to that level"
Plus, the new shoulderpads can't be pot'd right?
