It's a different event that kMS also had.
It appears we're not getting the Level 4+Level 10 recipe event.
To clarify, this is where the Snowdrop recipes come from. It was level 8 in kMS though, at least, as far as I know, now it's level 7, which is odd, because you need to be level 8 to make the items at a 100% (or 95%) rate, they're level 110. The recipes allow you to make 10 level 110 gloves for your class, 10 level 110 face accessories for your class, or a 10 day recipe for the +2k MaxHP protion.
