The effects of Recovery Aura (25% max MP per 6 second recovery cycle, 7 cycles total for the 45 second duration) is based on the character with the lowest max MP within the cloud. This is the amount of MP that everyone's recovery is based off of. That person with the lowest max MP will heal this amount each recovery cycle, however, each additional person in the cloud will receive a reduced amount (think Iron Arrow, except with MP healing). If you've ever been in a party with an Evan using Recovery Aura, then you'd notice that you never recover the amount the skill says unless you're the only one in the cloud. That's why I said it's garbage if the party's not full of mages. More accurately speaking, it's garbage if it's used as a party skill.
Sure, you can get around the reduction effects by having one person at a time in the cloud which is placed away from the party, but now you're sacrificing your DPS for travel and waiting for your MP to recover. Not to mention this doesn't solve the problem if multiple people run out of MP around the same time, which is likely.
While I wasn't aware of that, I don't see how it makes that big of a difference. The reason being that it's a ranged party, meaning that for everyone besides the bish and possibly bam, aka the non big damage dealers, we all have low mp. For chaos, the skill has been changed to be 100% as well. Not sure how that translates to the game, but the point remains that any mp is good mp, especially in significant chunks, which it is when you only have like 7k mp. And I assure you, that when you have a 30 second pot cd, being able to have an mp recovery buff isn't garbage, by any means.

We'll be looking into that our next run. We've been evaluating videos from kms and tossing ideas back and forth in the guild and on here about how to go about this next attempt, but doing the attacking >>>>> direction is definitely what we'll be including.
