With a laptop cooler you should be more worried about airflow than specific temperature of a room. Yes, a standard one will do worse when you're using it in a 90 degree room, but that's not very hot compared to the 80-100 degrees celsius that your laptop is internally. There are plenty of decent coolers out there but I've never heard of someone needing a mini ac unit attached to their laptop, especially for something as weak as maplestory. You might want to look into a standard laptop cooling pad and a lapdesk or similar item so you aren't blocking the fans when you have it in bed.
