Can't quite cross the border to an enemy country, or fly 4 hours to another continent, to buy the cards that charge those online services that are permitted for my country. Mailing cash is of questionable safety around here. And Western Union charges a flat $15 transfer fee per transaction... in addition to a skewed exchange rate.

Oh ew =x, You could always buy cards online. A little more pricey but pretty much one of the only methods left. I used it a couple of times. Check this site

Oh and the cards under MapleStory tab are usually sold out for some reason but if you click the Nexon tab they have them, EU cards too so double check.
