Me too, which is nice (was getting the dread "you have reached this page in error" for a while), however, all the methods that are even marginally practical for me have been removed.
Can't quite cross the border to an enemy country, or fly 4 hours to another continent, to buy the cards that charge those online services that are permitted for my country. Mailing cash is of questionable safety around here. And Western Union charges a flat $15 transfer fee per transaction... in addition to a skewed exchange rate.
