1st Job:
10 Double Stab, save the rest
2nd Job:
You can max everything. Get Triple Stab, some Booster, max Mastery, max Booster. Leftover points into Dark Sight.
2nd+:
Max Self-Haste, max Slash Storm, max Shadow Resistance. Don't add to Fatal Blow. Put leftover points in Dark Sight if it's not maxed yet.
3rd Job:
Max FJ, max Upper, save rest
3rd+:
Bloody Storm and Flying Assaulter are top priority here. Then you can get Life Drain and Mirror Image. Max Advanced Dark Sight after. Chains of Hell is a single target skill so you won't really use it for training, but max it for the i-frame utility. Finish off with Owl Spirit.
By the time you reach 120 you can dump the leftover points into Tornado Spin, Flashbang, and Nimble Body. You don't max Disorder, Double Stab, and Fatal Blow.
My DB is only 136 so I'm not that far into 4th job, but I have maxed Thorns for the att boost and stance, 1 Phantom Blow, 1 Fury and max Sharpness, and I am now working on Final Cut.
I would say priority is 1 pointers->Sharpness->Thorns->Final Cut->Fury->Phantom->Mirror Target then whatever else, I guess MW if you don't party with others who can provide it.
