fatal blow sucks, don't max it.

dual stab is the same as attack button,y ou can live without it, that's 20 SP wasted (due to you never using TS after level 30)

honestly, i followed x3ren's basil guide, and common sense+experience.

The problem with that is that you'll be entirely skill-less until 2nd+, when you get Slash Storm and then you have nothing to chain with it. You'd be sitting there using Slash Storm, waiting a second, Slash Storm, waiting a second, repeat.

Basically, with that build, you sacrifice Double Stab and Triple Stab for Nimble Body and Fatal Blow. Is it worth it? I mean, accuracy and avoidability don't mean sh'it anymore and Fatal Blow sucks. :X You can't save those Fatal Blow SP for 3rd job, so you have to use that SP somewhere in 1st ~ 2nd+.

Personally, I'd rather go with Double Stab and Triple Stab. They seem more effective than early-on avoid, which is pretty useless at those levels, and a slow 1v1 skill that gets replaced quick as sh'it.
