How to get to Singapore?

That's really it. Singapore's probably the most expensive area to get to in the game.

I can save you a little money going back though. For the moment, if you go to Zipangu from Singapore, when you try to leave Zipangu it'll take you to Henesys instead. Saves you 17k and 5 minutes on the return trip.

Also I remember when Orbis rides cost 80K or so for a shortwhile, so it could be worse.
