Without solid evidence everyone making a judgment is just 12 regular joes. It's all touchy-feely what-d-you-think? kind-of bullpomegranate. As it is true the circumstantial evidence puts her in the right place at the right time, it also allows for the child to have drowned in the pool. It's opinion at that point.
