You have too much faith in society, it's not the court system, it's the lack of common sense these citizens have. Honestly, they are f`ucking retarded.

The problem is absolutely the court system because it is what allows 12 regular joes to make big decisions.

I wouldn't put my life in the hands of 12 of my friends let alone 12 strangers.
