Personality System Data Collection [WiP]

I was running through the KFT quests today to get back to questing when I noticed Retrieving the Storybook: Brotherly Love is mentioned twice on the list once at level 35 and the other at 55. I only got 20 Empathy for one of them, the level 55; I did not for any of the quests that leads to the book. On another note, Retrieving the Storybook: Hongbu and Nolbu is unlisted and like the other Wiz the Librarian quests, it gives 20 Empathy.

As a sidenote: These quests have not changed, soo many Cheese.
