This glitch is at the expense of other players because these people can get weapons you shouldn't be able to get at this time. These people have weapons which are stronger than most weapons, and are therefore stronger then people not using this glitch. Or these people sell these weapons, causing them to have more money than people not using the glitch.
I am with Sarah here. It's ruining the game (though not as big as the word implies) by bringing more VIP weapons in the market than intended. It's like tax fraud: personally you get better of it, but everyone else gets worse because they have to pay what you didn't pay.
