My speculations on corki nerfs:
1. Rocket reload counter time increased.
2. Rocket mana cost increased slightly
3. Armor shred from gatling to be reduced per tick.
4. Passive % damage conversion from 10%>8%.
5. Q will remain untouched most likely.
6. Valk will probably get it's cooldown time increased by a second or two.
^^ That's my theory and they will probably do a decent amount of what I just listed to him. He really outshines every other dps carry in pretty much any situation.
Do you need great aoe? check
Do you need insane armor reduction? check
Do you need a great mid game and an even greater late game? check check
Do you need the highest single target ranged dps? check
Do you need the best escape/gap closer out of all the ranged dps? check....
The dude is really a god if you stop and think about it. The only real problem here is NMST needs to think about buffing the other ranged dps utility and damage, not just nerfing corki (and a little bit ashe nerf).
