I'm calling it now: NMST nerfs Arrow CD so it's 5 seconds later, and Volley gets a second nerf. Seriously, it's really spammable compared to the other carry spells, and it's an excellent bubble popper. Depending on the Summoner Spells patch changes (whenever that is), he will nerf Hawkshot too.
EDIT: So I heard rumors that the new map Riot is working on is called Ice Vault. And that it will be 35v35.
