Can all be done statistically... e.g. assuming human DNA polymerase non-fidelity rate at something like 10^-15, and do that for all somatic cells, and do that for an entire lifetime, not even taking mutagens into consideration... You WILL die of cancer if nothing else kills you first, in the average long run.

Life is a sexually transmitted disease, with 100% mortality rate.
