Should i get Magic Pen quints if i plan on playing Annie more?
At the moment i have Pen Marks, MP Regen Seals, AP per level Glyphs(changing to flat CD), and Movespeed Quints. Would Pen Quints be better? When i play Annie i dont feel like i do that much damage compaired to what i have seen people do (with the same items)
Hell would that be better on all AP chars, our should i get a new page to run Pen on 1 for burst mages and Movespeed on the other for everyone else?
