Your point makes sense, however I don't think every other class should become nothing, which would happen if they did that.
Look at half the skills for this class. I was fine with this class until 3rd job. Free 40WATK, then another free 20 from Advanced Final, and then +30% DAMAGE from one of the 4th job skills. Not only that, they get a 10 second cooldown skill that does 4800% damage (1200%, 4 hits) to TWO mobs, which are auto killed if they're not bosses.

AND BOW MASTERS ARE IMBALANCED BECAUSE THEY GET 20 FREE WEAPON ATTACK FROM AFA 20 FROM CONCENTRATE 30 FROM BOW EXPERT AND 40 FREE DEX FROM ILLUSION STEP
