In theory, 25% chance to ignore 100% defense is the same as having a 100% chance to ignore 25% defense in the long run, isn't it?

It just looks like reverse Marksmanship to me.

Unless my math and logic sucks, because I may be forgetting something important here.

chance to ignore 100%=more chance to KB on extremely high KB bosses. Also, isn't the formula in this case something like 1-.75^n? Basically, the more hits a skill has (and this seems to be a very hit number dependent class) the better the ratio will become. Whereas 100% for 25% will always be 25% of the enemy's defense.
