While the ratio is, for all practical purposes, w.att/str, it's a bit tricky to calculate.
Neither stat appears in your stat window, you must add them up yourself.
For w.att, you must of course add up the w.att on all your gear, but don't forget Blessing, any other passive buffs that add w.att, and any buffs or potions you regularly train with.
For STR, use your base str (appears on the left of the + sign) and then add any numerical +str lines from your gear and from your buffs/potions. Do not count %str bonuses.
On the face of it, the change to Dragon's Blood lowers its damage bonus. However, it makes it possible for you to enjoy attack buffs from potions or party mates to the full.
