Obviously you misunderstood me.
The shurikens/kunais were most likely invented before ninjutsu, and when ninjutsu exists, why would you try to invent guns?

And just incase you forgot, guns are loud, shurikens and kunais are silent.
A ninja is meant to be silent.

Everybody probably has an unique chakra as well in which they can be identified, yet there is a a need for DNA technology. You know fully well that simply because they are ninja, it doesn't mean that guns shouldn't be used. Hell, what has stuff like Rasengan to do with the life of a ninja? Furthermore guns aren't limited to be enhanced by chakra in some way either to power them up and you also didn't take into account that it takes a prodigy with a funky bloodline-limit to do nuke-like attacks (shinra tensei I'm looking at you). For the common ninja a gun should be somewhat viable. Regardless of this example though, don't you yourself think it's a bit strange that of all technology they have available to them, DNA technology is among them?

Aside from that, does anyone know why he can suddenly do non clone rasengans because I thought the reason for that was that he needed 3 'differnt' minds to do shape manipulation, molding chakra and nature manipulation, but the way it is now that's blown out of the water.
