Given that they did the update completely wrong, i.e. most likely they copy the main server setting/files to testpia for testing, then copied back from testpia to main even though they've fixed/changed a bunch of stuff while testpia was up (maple weapon changed from untradeable to tradeable, rex pq fix, etc) thus overwritten all the aforementioned things, I'm guessing they're redoing the whole update from scratch again.
10 more hours is my estimate.
Nexon, fire those who's responsible for this embarrassment.
On a second thought, don't. You'll probably fail at firing someone, not changing passwords and other important things, and then get hacked by your fired employees in a week.
