In my opinion, they should make an exact copy of accounts that are accepted. Put them on the Tespia server. In the main UI, there should be a disclaimer saying that it's Tespia so people don't accidently screw up their main accounts thinking it's their Tespia one. Then patch the EXACT same patch they plan for the Live version of the game. Fix bugs over the week as they're found.
