This is why games usually (if not always?) come with ratings on the front or back of the game lables/covers. Isn't that what they were made for? So that any parent can make their own discretionary rulings? Why does the state need to get involved? I'm glad they ruled it out. All we need is more laws and censorship in our country. -sarcasm-
