Are the rings worth it? Or are the evolving rings sooo much better?

You have four rings slots, and only two evolving rings can be worn simultaneously, so there's no contradiction.

The Dark Angelic Blessing ring is better, but it remains to be seen just how easy they will be to craft and how much they will cost. Personally I prefer a bird in the hand, so if you don't have either Lilin, Resistance, or Adventurer Ring, might as well get one. (Just one, they are all mutually exclusive).
