Getting your profession job up to level 10 is doable within 10 days without the fatigue coupon. Shaving off time from a 10 day run doesn't seem like such a big deal. If you aren't as dedicated and won't go for the fastest max level and instead rely on nx coupons to get level 10 profession, I don't see why that would make some people rage.
The tespia npc's (grant?) fatigue reset was actually spammable. I did it, it was great. Ran out of ores lol.
