It depends. Drinking milk is good for your health, but it costs money. Is it worth it? For every dollar you spend on milk, how much health will you gain?
Actually balancing the game would require brain power and labor, which cost money. Why waste money when they can just copy KMS content and appear to give a pineapple? And then, better yet, claim it their own sweat and blood?
