"What to buy" for archers~Guide + Questions

Hi again, sorry for the double post. With Chaos right around the corner, I'm just wondering what I should get in order to increase my Str to equip a Neschere. I have 4 base Str and 65 Str altogether. Alliance has said that when I'm 160+, they wouldn't mind taking me on an HT run....

Eye Acc: 3/3/3/3 Archaeologist Glasses, and yes they are the permanent ones.
Pendant: 5/5/5/5 11 w.atk MoN
Earrings: [borrowed] 11 and +4 to all stats Gold Emerald Earrings
Glove: [borrowed] 12 attack work gloves
Bow: 94 atk Maple Pyrope Crow sup, Str-less right now.
Cape: NO CAPE.
Overall: 10 str 2 dex 2% red Pria
Shoes: 6 dex green arnah or something.
Skills I'm considering buying: Pierce 30 if all my 5 books fail me.
Mesos to spend: Nothing right now, but I'll be sure to grab some NX cards when I drop by the states again.

I'm mostly asking because I'm not sure how common even the lvl 110 shoulderpads/belts and such are. I don't mind adding a bit into Str either since lol 999 cap.
