This kind of 0% to 100% filling occurs only at this time and rarely in the afternoons, so accounting for time zone differences, you can see the general direction I'm heading with this.

And Scania's battles arent that fast. I would say that it would take between half an hour to an hour before filling again (not entirely sure, cause I dont keep count, but its definitely not as fast as 10 minutes). Magatia can sometimes go 3-4 hours between filling (in fact, Hene usually fills twice before Magatia fills once).
