Your Canon Rebel XS > All those cameras. If you plan to buy one of those cameras, you're just going to downgrade..
However, if you need a compact Point and Shoot
You can get the Fuji Finepix JZ300 Black if you want long zoom range.
Get the Nikon Coolpix S3100 if you just want an ordinary compact point and shoot.
I myself have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 which is in the higher price ranged high-end point and shoot cameras.
