Teleport - MP cost 22 -> 20, distance 144 -> 150
Dark Chain - MP cost 30 -> 35
Blood Drain - MP cost 66 -> 75
Staff Booster - MP cost 20 -> 40, duration 90 sec -> 120 sec
Dark Shock - MP cost 45 -> 85, delay 1710 ms -> 1320 ms, critical rate 15% -> 50%
Advanced Dark Chain - MP cost 38 -> 80
Conversion - duration 90 sec -> 120 sec
Summon Reaper Buff - MP cost 90 -> 100, damage 300% -> 450%, duration per reaper summoned 20 sec -> 30 sec
Finishing Blow - MP cost 63 -> 60, damage 130% -> 145%
Twister Spin - MP cost 120 -> 170
Stance - MP cost 60 -> 90
Party Shield - MP cost 78 -> 150

ALL Auras - range 200% -> 300%
