1/ I assume players automatically get sent to the blacklist the moment they get kicked off the squad. If they aren't, chances are you can't make it happen. It's probably just messed up. I could be wrong, though.
2/ Laziness on Nexon America's part.
3/ You can only hold leadership to any sign-up squad once in a row. I believe expedition works the same way, but it's been so effortless that I had to pay it hardly any attention.
