However, they were able to reregister right away, so we werent able to get started, and they got leader next round. Turns out I could do the same to stay on the squad.
So my questions, in the event that I ever try doing it again (man, I dont think I ever WANT to, but...yeah):
1. Is there a way to kick people off, and keep them kicked off (short of filling all the slots?)
2. Why is there no expedition system for scar/targ like there is for basically every other boss in this game?
3. I remember hearing something in regards to clicking to apply for the fight...something along the lines of the same person can't be leader twice, or one person can only be leader once a day, or you can scar/targ as many times as you want, but you can only lead once. Which one of these are accurate?
4. Are the drops free for all? Because of all the mesos in the way, I had trouble looting, and my pet couldn't get into the corner.
Yeah, Scar/Targa are a pain.
1. Isn't there a "blacklist" option or some such? Used to be back when Zak/HT were signup style, but I don't offhand remember whether Scar/Targa have it.
2. Yeah, because it's not KMS content. KMS introduced the the Expedition system and incorporated it into their bosses, and GMS copied it over and didn't bother to expand it to include non-KMS bosses.
I really wish they would, though. Such a royal pain to get 6 people (who've done the pre-quests, and don't all want to loot) on the map when the bosses are now easily soloable.
4. Loot is free-for-all. When I run, we usually move the boss to the middle of the map before delivering the final blow, so the loot spreads out nicely like Zak's, and each person can pick up just what they intend to.
