This is great.... JUST GREAT. My download all of a sudden got "suspended" for whatever. Thanks a lot mass influx of users killing my download!~

For whatever reason, now my download speed keeps "jumping" at 0 to 300.
It was at a steady pace at around in the high 500s and low 600s now its just jumping from 0 to 300.

Try changing your Steam locale thingy.
