I'm a complete noob at cameras. The only camera I own is a Canon Rebel XS and I hardly know how to use it. (I only use the manual setting, and the only thing I ever change is the lighting via changing the shutter speed. :/)
My parents have had a digital camera for years, and if I recall correctly, it's only 4 MP, but it still has decent enough resolution to view on a computer. I hardly ever use it myself.
Since this is a gift, I won't be able to test it. I haven't been able to go out and buy it yet, since my bike is still broken and needs to be fixed. More suggestions are appreciated. I can go over 100 bucks if necessary, but probably not too much over. (Maybe like up to 125 or 130.) I'm just looking for something that lasts.
