I'm just saying. That's what the Act says and corporations bank on the fact consumers don't know this.
It is pretty crazy and I can imagine stores losing a ton of money. On the flip side, they're making loads of money off "warranties" when these services are supposed to be supplied to us for free regardless of the way the good was damaged such as negligence.
When I mean "warranty", I mean the add-ons the salespeople try to impose on us. Like, for $5 bucks a month we'll replace your iPod if there's any damage to it.
The only reason why I bring up this whole thing is because it's pretty crazy :o
